McMeen Apothecary operates mcmeenapothecary.com. These terms cover use of our website and purchases once ordering opens.

Using our website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent information.

Prelaunch status

Orders are not open yet. Product previews may change before launch. Some images are packaging mockups rather than photographs of finished products.

Product information and use

Before ordering, review the product description, ingredient list, directions, warnings and confirmed net quantity. Use products only as directed on their labels.

Website information describes our products and does not provide medical advice.

Orders and prices

When ordering opens, prices will be shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods will be displayed before you place your order.

Please provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and a refund for the affected order or items.

Price changes apply to future purchases. We will contact you about an error affecting an existing order rather than increase a charge without your agreement.

Shipping

We offer shipping only; local pickup is not available. Shipping destinations, charges and processing times will be published before ordering opens.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped portion for a prompt refund.

Returns and product concerns

Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Body and lip care products must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with all seals or tamper bands intact. Candles must be unburned, and accessories must be unused in their original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We cover any required return shipping for these issues.
